Cindy Ambuehl, a Southern California native, has always made the most of her opportunities. A tenacious enthusiast for hard work, Cindy graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a BA in Marketing and Advertising. Immediately upon graduation, Cindy went right to work in the entertainment industry. As a 20 year member of the Screen Actors Guild, Cindy has graced the screen with over 50 guest star roles on popular shows like Seinfeld, Frasier, Wings, Malcolm in the Middle, and Cold Case. She is recognized as the leading lady on the shows Jag, Action, Head over Heals, and Bold and the Beautiful. In feature films, Cindy is known for her comedic talents in comedies such as Mr. Saturday Night with Billy Crystal and Meet Wally Sparks with Rodney Dangerfield.

She began educating herself and investing in Real Estate at age 21 and has been buying and selling properties for the past 20 years.
