Cindy Ambuehl, who was born and raised in southern California, has always made the most of her opportunities.  A tenacious enthusiast for hard work, Cindy graduated Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising.  Immediately following, Cindy went right to work in the television industry.  A 20 year member of the Screen Actors Guild, Cindy has graced the screen with over 50 guest star roles on such shows as Seinfeld, Frasier, Wings, Malcolm in the Middle, and Cold Case.  She is also recognized as the long standing leading lady on such series as Jag, Action, Head over Heals, and Bold and the Beautiful.  In feature films, Cindy is known for her comedic talents in comedies such as Mr. Saturday Night with Billy Crystal and Meet Wally Sparks with Rodney Dangerfield.

Cindy has always had an incredible passion for California Real Estate.  She started educating herself and investing in real estate at the young age of 21 and continued buying and selling properties for the past 20 years. Specializing in residential sales in Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Malibu and Brentwood, she has built a reputation for her hard work, integrity and honesty when helping clients buy the home of their dreams as well as make the sell of their home a seamless one.  Joining Coldwell Banker in 2007, Cindy was awarded the Coldwell Banker’s Presidential Circle award for exceptional sales volume.  Within her first four months with the company, Cindy closed over $15,000,000 in sales. In 2008, Cindy was again awarded the Presidential Circle award as recognized for her sales volume.  Cindy has negotiated and closed over $20,000,000 in deals in the last 8 months earning her the recognition as a top 10 Coldwell Banker agent for the west side!

Working in both Orange County and Los Angeles, she has made a name for herself as being respected, knowledgeable and professional in the high end market!!  Showing her versatility and knowledge in all aspects of today’s Real Estate market, Cindy’s office was also responsible for successfully handling 30 REO’s.  Cindy finds true enjoyment in the REO business that is ever so important in today’s foreclosure heavy economy!  With a respected company like Coldwell Banker behind her, Cindy has a full time REO team within the Palisades branch.

She works tirelessly to help families buy and sell with the belief that she can make the transition an easy and enjoyable experience for them.
